LiveU has agreed to acquire the business and technology of Actus Digital. The deal aims to significantly enhance LiveU’s video recording, analytics and AI capabilities, integrating Actus Digital’s intelligent monitoring and compliance platforms into its ecosystem, delivering operational efficiencies and simplifying workflows, said the company.
LiveU’s IP video solutions include multi-cam 5G contribution encoders and cloud-based ingest, production and distribution, which, said the companies, will be complemented by Actus’ Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring and suite of AI-enabled tools.
