The New Sony FX3, A First Look At The Cinema Camera

Sony add new cinema camera ILME-FX3 in their Cinema Line Family. This is a quick look after one day with a newbie. In a nutshell Sony FX3 is the video version of the A7s III. They share the same sensor and processor and features like IBIS and 4K 120fps. On paper, the FX3 and A7s III match up wonderfully; in my hands, the new Sony Cinema camera is a bit of a different story.

     
     
 
Tokyo-Based ATELIER ARTE Upgrades Commercial Post Facility With AJA 4K/UltraHD 12G-SDI Solutions

Increasing consumer demand for high-fidelity video and audio content is raising the bar for commercial advertising. While legacy 3G-SDI infrastructures are adequate for HD production and delivery, commercial post facilities like Tokyo-based ATELIER ARTE are seeking the latest 4K/UltraHD and 12G-SDI solutions to future-proof workflows and scale to handle higher bandwidth content. IBC 2021 could take place in December 2021 if needed

IBC has announced its strategic plan for 2021, focusing on the return of a live event in Amsterdam this year. The show revealed plans to deliver a hybrid (physical and digital) event from 10th 13th September 2021 and unveiled a fall-back option in early December 2021.
