Panasonic has unveiled firmware update v.2.36 for the Pan Tilt Zoom camera AW-UE160. It offers 1080/25PsF formats, system menu enhancements and improved network functionality.
   

Panasonic AW-UE160 Firmware Update v.2.36 includes:

1. Added Preset Smart Composition function.

Related MENU: PRESET > PRESET SMART COMP: OFF, TARGET SYNC, w/WIDE CAPTURE

2. 1080/25PsF formats support

Related MENU: BASIC CONFIG > FPS SW: ON/OFF (Initial value OFF)

> FPS: 50/25 (Initial value 50)

3. Expanded PAN/TILT setting menu

Added a mode that linearly changes the P/T speed according to the zoom position

Related MENU:

Speed With Zoom Position: Off/On

Mode: Legacy/Linear

Legacy: P/T speed can be adjusted to three levels as before

Linear: P/T speed can be adjusted linearly

4. Other control command expansion

– Zoom speed

– Video Freeze On/Off

5. Improved network functionality (L3 compatible)
