The recently modernised Starachowice Municipal Stadium (Poland), inaugurated on June 1, 2025, incorporates state-of-the-art technological solutions, including the integration of AEQ's Olympia 3 commentary system, key to the professional coverage of live sporting events.
As part of the modernisation project carried out under the name 'Stadion na STARt', the stadium has undergone a complete architectural and technological transformation. With a capacity of more than 2,000 spectators, the stadium impresses not only with its new stands, but also with its comprehensive technical and sports facilities.
The AEQ Olympia 3 system has been designed to offer maximum flexibility in sports broadcast environments, from large events with hundreds of positions in the same stadium or distributed in multiple venues, to more modest installations where the unit can operate autonomously or integrated into an intercom system. It incorporates control and intercom software that allows remote assistance to commentators without the need for additional hardware, as well as local inputs and outputs that facilitate the connection of wireless systems for interviews. Its integrated processors offer equalisation, filtering and automix functions, ensuring a clear and stable audio signal from the source.
AEQ's involvement in the modernisation of the Starachowice Municipal Stadium reinforces its commitment to technological excellence in international sports environments. With solutions like the Olympia 3 system, venues of all sizes can benefit from professional broadcasting tools, ensuring clear, efficient communication that meets the demands of today’s live sports coverage.
