AJA Announces New openGear Fiber to 12G-SDI Converters

AJA Video Systems has expanded its lineup of openGear compatible 12G-SDI Fiber Converters with a pair of new OG-FiDO 12G cards for receiving signals from LC Fiber or ST Fiber and converting those signals to baseband 12G-SDI. OG-FiDO-R-12G-ST is a Fiber receiver that supports single-channel conversion from ST Fiber to 12G-SDI, and OG-FiDO-2R-12G offers dual-channel conversion from LC Fiber to 12G-SDI. Both new models receive 12G-SDI signals from standard Fiber video sources, including AJA FiDO Mini-Converters.

     
     
 
LYNX Technik Announces Seven New yellobrik Ethernet Fiber Transceivers & Converters

LYNX Technik, provider of modular signal processing interfaces, announces that is has launched seven new fiber yellobriks. BirdDog Launches New NDI-Enabled Box Camera

Video over IP specialist BirdDog has moved into the box camera category with the launch of its new PF120 high bandwidth NDI camera. Sony Introduces Version 3.0 Update For PTZ Cameras

Sony has launched the Version 3.0 update for its BRC-X400, SRG-X400 and SRG-X120 PTZ cameras, adding support for the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) protocol, the company said. SRT adds low-latency transmission of high-quality video to the cameras, which are well-suited to a wide variety of applications, such as remote production, seminars, live events, education and house of worship.

Sony Airpeak S1: Sony reveals its first ever drone

Sony has revealed its long-anticipated entry into the production drone market with the announcement of the Airpeak S1. It is destined for the high end of the drone market with its base price of $9000 and payload capacity of somewhat over five pounds. Chyron to Power Studio Wall and On-Air Graphics for NBC Olympics
